HARRISON, N.Y. -- Joseph John Pandolfini, 44, of Harrison, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 11 in Massachusetts.

Born on April 30, 1972, in Fargo, N.D.,  to Diane Anda and Alan Pandolfini, Pandolfini grew up with his sister Tanya in Harrison where he graduated from high school.

Pandolfini attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I. where he studied culinary arts and later worked as the director of dining services at the Glenmeadow Retirement Community in Massachusetts. 

He married Adria Parkinson in 2005 and they moved to Chicopee, Mass., and had two children, Dakota Catherine Pandolfini, 11 and Weston Joseph Pandolfini, 9. Though they later divorced, they continued to co-parent and one of Pandolfini's greatest joys was to coach his children's favorite sport, lacrosse.

He is survived by his children, Dakota and Weston; mother, Diane; father, Alan and stepmother, Lisa; sister, Tanya Sampogna and brother-in-law, Tom; nephews, Hayden and Austin; loving girlfriend, Adrienne; grandmother, Gertrude Anda; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and numerous friends. 

He was predeceased by grandparents, Amo and Catherine Pandolfini. 

A memorial service will be held at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home in White Plains at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 18.
