RYE BROOK, N.Y. - Ernesto Antonelli of Rye Brook died Sunday, May 19. He was 90.
Antonelli was born Nov. 23, 1922, in Picinisco, Italy, to Domenico and Maria (Alonzi) where he was raised and educated. He worked for PW Nethercott as a master mason until his retirement in 1985.
Antonelli is survived by his wife, Cesarina; daughter, Maria and Millie; a grandson; brother-in-law, Freddy (Rosie) DeMarco; cousins; and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter, Carmine.
Calling hours are Tuesday, May 21 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Gunipero Farenga Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 22 at Corpus Christi Church with entombment at St. Mary's Cemetery in Rye Brook.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Port Chester-Rye-Rye Brook EMS 417 Ellendale Ave. Port Chester and Corpus Christi Church 136 S. Regent St., Port Chester.
