Carmine was born Aug. 14, 1937 in Yonkers, the son of Frank Lico and Grace Floccari Lico. He was married to the former Mary Ann Shaw-Pappas for 52 years. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann, and two sisters, Virginia Terracciano and Barbara Saunders-Simms. He was predeceased by his sister Norma D'Alessandro.
The family will receive friends at the Graham Funeral Home on Friday, Jan. 9, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Resurrection on Saturday, Jan. 10, at noon. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Port Chester-Rye-Rye Brook EMS or Greenwich Hospital.
