RYE, N.Y. -- Angelina "Angela" Notargiacomo, a resident of Rye, died on Tuesday, March 15. She was 89.
Born in Port Chester, Notargiacomo graduated from Port Chester High School. She was a retired bookkeeper and was a member of the Rye Seniors.
She is survived by her sons, Richard Notargiacomo and his wife Elaine of Penfield, and Robert Notargiacomo of Norwalk, Connecticut; sister Marion Pavone and her husband Joseph of Port Chester; grandchildren Susan Atheneos and Mark Notargiacomo; great-granddaughters Stella and Zoe Angelina Atheneos; and former husband Alfred Notargiacomo of Mamaroneck.
Notargiacomo was predeceased by her parents, Antonio and Liberata Ciafardo Angiolillo, and her siblings, Joseph Ninno, Guido Ninno and Anne Calabrese.
Visiting hours will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, at Craft Memorial Home, 40 Leicester St., in Port Chester. A mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at Corpus Christi Church, 136 South Regent St., in Port Chester. Entombment will follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery, in Rye Brook.
