RYE, N.Y. -- Alyce A. Steiger of Rye, past president of the Rye Womans Club, died on Dec. 15.
In addition to her past Womans Club presidency, Steiger was also past president of the Rye Newcomers Club and a Church Twig President. She was also a member of the Westchester Country Club. She was an accomplished bridge player and member of the 9 Hole Golfers at Westchester Country Club.
Steiger was also a resident of Carolina Shores, N.C.
She was predeceased by her husband Dale A. Steiger. She is survived by her daughters Marta Steiger and Christine Steiger-Falco and son- in-law Anthony Falco, all of Rye and Carolina Shores, N.C.; her aunt Frances Scharberg of Brownsdale, MN; and many cousins.
