Beat the Sugar Blues Workshop: 6:30 p.m. Are you constantly craving sweets and want to understand why? Do you want to gain control without deprivation? Relay for Life: 7 p.m. Relay for Life is an overnight event in which teams from businesses, schools and neighborhoods come together in support of the fight against cancer. Teams take turns walking around a track overnight and participate in activities, entertainment and ceremonies to honor and remember those who have fought cancer. Rye Town Park.
