RYE, NY - Workers from Raines & Welsh & Sons are repairing a water leak in front of Upper Crust Bagel Company on Purchase Street in Rye on Friday.
According to Operator Jack Raines, the team of four had been there since 8:00 a.m. and plan on staying until the end of the day.
Raines & Welsh & Sons, a sub contracter of United Water Company, was joined by officials from Con Edison as well.
Raines said that the workers will not return tomorrow, but plan on continuing the job on Monday.
