Truck Accident Snarls Traffic On I-95 In Rye

RYE, N.Y. – A jackknifed tractor-trailer blocked nearly all northbound lanes on I-95 between Rye and Port Chester around 10 a.m. Tuesday morning.

The blockage occurred between Exits 21 and 22 and traffic was stopped from Exit 18b in Mamaroneck to Exit 22 in Port Chester.

Emergency responders were called to the scene to clean up a fuel leak from the truck.
