Rye, Harrison Homeowners Get Into Halloween Spirit

HARRISON, N.Y. -- With Halloween just two weeks away, residents in neighborhoods throughout Harrison and Rye have gotten into the spirit -- while making their lawns cobwebby and downright spooky.
