RYE, N.Y. -- The city is currently experiencing flooding throughout the area. Some Rye residents have reported up to 12 inches of water.
The National Weather Service says the area will experience tropical storm conditions for the remainder of the afternoon. Rain showers are expected up to 3 p.m. Sunday, with wind at 33 to 43 mph and gusts as high as 60 mph.
