RYE, NY - The Rye City Police Department announced that drainage work began on Monday, November 28th at Elm Place in between Theodore Fremd Avenue and the parking lot access drives in downtown Rye.
The drainage infastructure in front of the Cake Bakery was still being installed as early as 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The Police Department would not confirm when the project would be completed.
Rye police have also asked residents to please plan their schedules accordingly.
