Rye Brook Trustees Give Green Light To Reckson Plan

RYE BROOK, N.Y. -- The Rye Brook Board of Trustees, with only three members present, voted unanimously recently to move forward the proposal for Buckingham Partners and Sun Homes to build 110 units of housing at the 79.5-acre Reckson Executive Park, according to Westmore News.

Mayor Paul Rosenberg and Trustees Jeff Rednick and David Heiser amended the Planned Unit Development zoning regulations on the basis that there would be no major environmental impact, Westmore News reported.

The Board will vote at its next meeting on Aug. 18, to approve the concept and zoning plans, Westmore News said.
