  • Republican candidates for City Council took the lead in the Tuesday's election, with five out of 14 districts reporting.  
  • Amanda Iles, a former teacher at Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, has been charged with rape of a 14-year-old boy while she was an employee at the school.  
  • Incumbent Rob Astorino has won a second term as Westchester County Executive.  
  • An Eastchester man was arrested on Oct. 31 and accused of placing a hidden camera in his friends' bedroom to watch them have sex, according to LoHud.com.
