One of the officers named in the lawsuit, Anthony Rosace, was called “The Terminator” in a 2004 incident report written by Sgt. Alvin Ortiz, lohud.com reported.

Ortiz alleged that Rosace “has got anger issues that are quite apparent to most people on this job but no one wants to talk about,” according to lohud.com.
