In Northern Westchester, an accident reported at 7:35 a.m. between Route 121 and I-84 East resulted in delays.

All these recent accident could have been avoided if the County authorities and city authorities took right precautions. Those who are responsible should be prosecuted and compensated to the innocent victims. It can be called "Inefficient Management to Maintain the Roads".
