LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- The New York State Department of Criminal Justice Services has canceled a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert for a 72-year-old Larchmont woman on Wednesday.
Lillian Arana, who has Alzheimer's and is unable to communicate, who had last been seen on foot on Tuesday at 8 a.m. in the area of West Avenue was found safe in Manhattan, police said.
The alert was issued at the request of the Larchmont Village Police Department and covered Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Orange counties as well as New York City.
