RYE, N.Y. -- Erin Miceli got the chance to pick out some new reading material at Milton School's book fair on Tuesday.
"I like reading stories," said Erin, 11, a fifth-grader at Milton School. "I get to see something different."
Milton School is holding a book fair until Friday, which is an important fundraiser for the school's parent teacher organization.
Students can find the latest books and support their school. School librarian Carol Seltzer said the "Diary Of A Wimpy Kid" is a popular series among the kids this year. Seltzer said she enjoyed watching all the children getting excited about reading.
"Reading gives them new experiences and expands their horizons," she said.
