The awards come from national healthcare research organization Professional Research Consultants Inc. and recognize organizations and individuals who improve patient experiences, employee engagement and partnerships with physicians throughout the year. These achievements are based on surveys completed by patients, employees and physicians.

Health Quest’s hospitals, Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center, each received both four and five-star awards out of a five-star rating system.
