Driver Charged With Drunk Driving In I-287 Rye Crash That Injures 4

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Greenwich, Conn., man has been charged with drunken driving and vehicular assault following an early morning accident Saturday on Interstate 287 in Rye that injured four Port Chester residents, two seriously, according to LoHud.com.

Jose Del Pezo was the driver charged in the crash in which one Port Chester man lost his ear and part of his scalp and another, his brother, lost two fingers, according to the report.
