Cops Say Rye School Employee Was Busted with Coke

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- White Plains police said they arrested a Rye City School District employee Saturday evening after discovering what they believe was cocaine on him.

Officers say they discovered a plastic bag with a white, powdery substance on Carlos Huanca, 26, of White Plains, on S. Lexington Avenue. Huanca was charged with one count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
