Ban on Open Fire in County Parks Lifted

WESTCHESTER, N.Y. – Westchester County Parks Commissioner Kathleen O’Connor lifted a ban on open fire in county parks Tuesday.

O’Connor stated in a press release the immediate dryness in the area was eliminated by the recent rainfall in the area. She stated staff will continue to monitor the condition of area parks.
