With help from a vacationing police officer Monday night, Port Chester police arrested Timothy Clancy, 29, of Rye on a felony weapons charge.
Warmer than usual temperatures brought big crowds (roughly 5,000 people) to Rye's annual Mistletoe Magic Festival.
