Rye's Mary Wilson, 96, Remembered Friday

RYE, N.Y. - Mary Teresa Wilson, a 59-year resident of Rye, died Dec. 11 at the age of 96.

Born Mar. 21, 1915 to Daniel Frazer and Catherine Roemer Frazer, she attended Haaren High School in New York City. Wilson worked for Versailles Management of New York for over 70 years, before retiring as a personal secretary and office manager.

She is survived by her daughter Jane W. Weyand of Washington, Utah, her sons Michael P. Wilson of Rye and James J. Wilson on San Francisco, Calif., her brother Dan Frazer of New York, N.Y., her sisters Catherine Whalen of Greenfield Center, N.Y. and Terry Frost of Guilford, Conn. She was predeceased by her husband William J. Wilson in 1970.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Graham Funeral Home in Rye. The funeral mass will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday at Church of St. Gregory the Great in Harrison.
