RYE, N.Y. -- Studio Members entering the Rye Y’s newly renovated spin studio are immediately struck by the difference.

Diamond-plate wall paneling, recessed LED lighting, new fans, wooden shelving and an improved sound system all create a welcoming environment for spinners.

Laura Tiedge, Rye Y’s senior director of Healthy Living said, “Spinning is one of the Y’s most popular classes so we wanted to create a clean, fresh and inviting atmosphere that motivates and excites our members.”

The Rye Y offers dozens of spin classes weekly – appropriate for novices and experienced spinners.
