"It is an honor to receive an award from an agency I hold in such high esteem. Their work ensures that thousands of individuals and families receive essential legal services," said Marsh. "Without access to legal services, the most vulnerable – the disabled child, the survivor of domestic violence or the homeless veteran – would be without recourse,” said Marsh.
Marsh has helped distribute more than $40 million to nonprofits since joining the Westchester Community Foundation in 1999.
