Kidz Bop Kids Rocks Playland Saturday

RYE, N.Y. -- Kidz Bop Kids is set to perform Saturday Playland’s Music Tower Theater.

The show starts at 5 p.m. and Playland’s rides will be open from noon through midnight.

Kidz Bop Kids has been turning pop favorites into kid-friendly music since 2001. The Kidz Bop Kids’ brand of music continues to resonate with today’s 5- to 12-year-olds and has expanded to music videos, live appearances, social networking and an annual talent competition.

The concert is sponsored by WFAS, 103.9 FM.

Future shows include the Buhre Station Stomp Society swing band (Aug. 14) and Jake Miller (Aug. 23).

Concerts are free with Playland park admission for “standing room only” or lawn seating. Limited reserved seating is available for sale at the park the day of the show only. Parking is $7 per car on weekends, $5 on weekdays.
