RYE, N.Y. -- Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino learned how to shuck oysters in celebration of the start of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week .
Astorino took his lesson in oyster shucking Monday from Chef Greg McDowell of Morgan's Fish House in Rye. Morgan's is one of several restaurants participating in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, which will feature more than 100 Westchester restaurants. The event lasts through March 24.
