At $82 prix fixe per person, or $133 with wine pairing and $35 for children, the local restaurant rated "excellent" by The New York Times critic M.H. Reed, offers a three-course dinner served from noon to 8 p.m.
The French take on Turkey Day is full of harvest flavors including salmon gravlax with shaved vegetables, quince ginger dressing, key lime cream and Madeleine cornbread.
Traditional roasted turkey breast is served with stuffing, cranberry-grenadine relish, gravy, sweet potato purée and Brussels sprouts, or try the venison saddle, made with poivrade sauce, and a compote of rosemary-Granny Smith apple and crusted endives.
Top it off with Thanksgiving mini desserts.
Reservations are required by calling 914-967-8140.
