There will be a wide range of activities available for children, teens and adults. Youth programs include swim school, art, dance, sports and gymnastics. There are new soccer and basketball programs available for middle school students this year. Special family activities include Dad and Kid Overnight at YMCA Camp Greenkill, Family Soft Play and Family Zumba.

There are several new activities for adults designed to promote healthy living. There is a new walking and running club, and new small exercise groups that range from high intensity interval training to TRX Movement. The Healthy Lifestyle Program and the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program are both designed to facilitate life-long behaviors in a group setting.

Registration for most courses is available online. Children's aquatic classes must be registered in person, as they require an in-water evaluation.
