Cindy Lustrin of contemporary fashion boutique Great Stuff suggests a sleeveless halter top made out of silk charmeuse that can be worn six different ways. She recommends pairing it with black jeans or a flare leg pant.

Dahlia Bruschetti, manager at luxury beauty products and spa retailer Bluemercury, said that anything that sparkles is in. She recommends eye shadow in shades of purple, gold and silver paired with red lips in order to make a fashion statement.
