Rye Library Hosting Three Upcoming Book Group Discussions

RYE, N.Y. – The Rye Free Reading Room book groups have announced the reading selections for their next meetings.

The Current Events Group’s book for Tuesday, March 24 at 6:30 p.m. is “The New Jim Crow” by Michelle Alexander.

The Friday Book Café will discuss “The Uninvited Guests” by Sadie Jones on April 3 at 9:30 a.m. Call the library at 914-231-3161 for this meeting’s offsite location.

The Thursday afternoon book group meeting on April 9 at 1:15 p.m. will read “The Patron Saint of Liars” by Ann Patchett.

Copies of the books are available at the library’s circulation desk and the groups are open to the public.
