Bravo for our women in NY, they have better job-based opportunities than the majority of the nation. But I'd love to know what this really means. Meanwhile, NY is the worst state in the union for taxpayers and there are more NY women looking for work because small business owners and larger employers are being pestered to satisfy rules and regulations mandating that they consider race, gender and sexual orientation and not the most qualified.

But overall if you are a working person taxpayer, NY is the worst state in the union (or second worst, thank you, NJ).
