Marshlands Conservancy Invites Art Of Preserve

Rye, N.Y. – The Westchester County Park will host its art exhibit for art works that are of or were inspired by the Marshlands Conservancy. The exhibit, “A Different Point of View,” will not include photography, but paintings, sculpture, and drawings are welcome.

Exhibitors of all ages may submit artwork for entry on Saturday, Jan. 31, and Sunday, Feb. 1, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Conservancy. There is no limit on the size of the artwork; the maximum number of submissions is three per person.

The exhibit will open on Sunday, Feb. 8, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Friends of Marshlands Conversancy will sponsor a reception for the artists and the public.

The exhibit will remain on view weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Sunday, March 29.
