Harrison Fire Station Competing For $10,000 In Hormel Chili Contest

HARRISON, N.Y. -- AJ Fusco of the Harrison Fire Department has advanced to the semifinals in a Hormel Chili contest run in conjunction with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF).

The nationwide chili recipe contest, open to active firefighters, means folks can vote once per day for their favorite recipe. Go to www.hormel.com/firehousechili.

Voting is open through Friday, July 21.

Firefighters with the top three recipes will go to NYC in late August to compete in a live chili cook-off for a chance at the grand prize of $10,000 for their station. In addition, Hormel Chili will also make a donation of $20,000 to the NFFF to support their efforts
