RYE, N.Y. -- Rye chefs are gearing up to strut their stuff during Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, which showcases the bounty of the region.
Despite the name, it's a two-week promotion from March 9-22, and features prix fixe, three-course dinners for $29.95 and $20.95 lunches (plus drinks, tax and tip) with a focus on locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
More than 200 restaurants throughout Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster and Columbia counties are participating. Go here for the full list, and, no, it's not too early to make your reservations.
