Wiggle and Giggle Time : 9 a.m. Kids can wiggle to music, giggle to funny rhymes and do all sorts of fun activities in this program hosted by “Ellen Watermelon” Kaplan and “Dawny Dew” Halasz. Rye Free Reading Room, 1061 Boston Post Road.

Saturday, March 23

Chess Tournament : 10:15 a.m. Players ages 6 to 14 can participate in this round-robin tournament, refereed by chess champion Tom Levine. Players should bring their own chess sets. Prizes will be awarded to the top three players. Rye Free Reading Room, 1061 Boston Post Road.

Sunday, March 24

Dance Works Fundraiser Showcase : 4 p.m. About 100 dancers will be featured in this fundraiser, including Ballet With A Twist, solo ballerina Kimberly Gianelli and "So You Think You Can Dance" finalist Billy Bell. Tickets are $20 and proceeds will benefit Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, Speak Out Against Domestic Violence and the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
