Friday, Oct. 26 Wiggle & Giggle Time: 9:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m. and 11 a.m. Children will wiggle to music, giggle to funny rhymes and pretend to be wild animals in this lively interactive program. Rye Free Reading Room, 1061 Boston Post Road, Rye. Friday Fun Club: 3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. “Witches In The Air” at the library. Shiver to Halloween tales and make a spooky craft in the community meeting room. Rye Free Reading Room, 1061 Boston Post Road, Rye.

Saturday, Oct. 27 Family Tag Sale: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. 424 Franklin St., Port Chester. Rye Brook Outdoor Farmers Market: 10 a.m.-2 p.m. St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, corner of King Street and Comley Avenue in Rye Brook. Osborn School’s Scare Fair and Silent Auction: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Osborn Elementary School invites the community to its annual Halloween carnival, which will take place rain or shine at 10 Osborn Road in Rye. There will be a flying witch ride, a cake walk, body art, jumping castles and much more. The carnival will offer a variety of food and beverages, so come for lunch while you are between activities. The carnival also features a silent auction.
