Parking and Beach Procedures: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rye Town Park will be offering discounted parking from Monday, September 9th through Sunday, September 29th. On days when the weather is good, parking will be $3 for 2013 season permit-holders, and $5 for non-permit holders.
