Westchester Jewish Organizations Talk About Refugee Crisis

RYE, N. Y. -- The Jewish/Israeli response to the international refugee crisis is the focus of a Tuesday, March 15, panel discussion at Congregation Emanu-El in Rye.

Sponsored by the Congregation Emanu-El and the American Jewish Committee of Westchester/Fairfield, the 7:30 p.m. program offers an in-depth look at the refugee crisis in the Middle East and Africa, and what is being done to help. 

Speakers are Shoshana Smolen from AJC's Jacob Blaustein Institute for the Advancement of Human Rights, Navonel Glick, deputy director for IsraAid, and Yotam Polizer, global partnerships director for IsraAid.
