Rye Library Having Childrens Book Discussion Groups

RYE, N.Y. -- The Rye Reading Room will host book discussion groups for students entering second and third grade at 3 p.m. July 25 and Aug. 22.

The group will discuss "The Remarkable True Story of the Shopping Mall Gorilla" by Katherine Applegate July 25 and Luis Carlos Montalvan's "Tucks Me In: The Loyal Bond Between a Soldier and His Service Dog" Aug 22.

The discussions will be led by the children's librarian and feature games and refreshments. To participate, register online at www.ryelibrary.org. Copies of the books are available in the children's room.
