Eye On Art allows local art lovers to explore the region’s cultural treasures and learn about topics in the art world from professionals in the field.

Some special opportunities offered this season include Lynda Benglis’s bio-morphic sculptures at Storm King Art Center, a rarely viewed, world-class collection of modern paintings stored in an underground bunker at The Philip Johnson Glass House.

Participants will watch the play of natural light as it interacts with an assemblage of colored lights and delicate scrims in an installation by Robert Irwin.

Margot Clark-Junkins will present a lecture on Public Art, and Dr. Rail Harrison Roman will reveal the extensive relationship between mathematics and art.
