PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Port Chester's Capitol Theatre is set to turn it back to the 1980s.
The theatre will host "Turn Back The Cap: 1980s" on Dec. 13 with tribute band Jessie's Girl and artists including Martin Fry of ABC (whose hits include "The Look Of Love," "When Smokey Sings," and "Poison Arrow;" Mike Score of A Flock of Seagulls; Tiffany, who will perform her single "I Think We're Alone Now;" and Rob Base, who will perform "It Takes Two" and "Joy and Pain," according to a press release. The Roots' Questlove will also perform a DJ set paying tribute to the music of 1984, according to the release.
Capitol Theatre owner Peter Shapiro and Marcus Linial will present the show.
"Walking back into The Capitol Theatre 25 years later with the help of my friend Peter Shapiro is a dream come true," said Linial in the press release.
