Larchmont Library Will Host 'Older and Wiser' Workshop

MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Author, poet and lecturer Catherine Wald will lead a workshop on wisdom and aging at Larchmont Public Library beginning Sept. 21.

Does wisdom come with age? Is there truth to the "older and wiser" adage? Wald's workshop will explore the question through poems, newspaper articles, fiction and discussions.

Wald authored "The Resilient Writer: Tales of Rejection and Triumph from 23 Top Authors" and has more than 20 years experience as a corporate editor, writer and project manager.

The six-week workshop begins at 7 p.m. Sept. 21 and continues every other Monday through Nov. 30.
