The event will take place in the Schelfhaudt Gallery at the Arnold Bernard Center at the University of Bridgeport, 84 Iranistan Ave. 

The event will kick off with frozen dessert presentations from 5:30 until 6 p.m., wine and cheese presentations from 6 until 7 p.m., and then a Q&A session from 7 until 7:30 p.m.

Panelists will include Bill Alletzhauser, founder of The Winemakers Boutique; Heidi Vanderwal, founder of the Elegantly Casual Cuisine; and Gabe Wolff, CEO of Wink Frozen Desserts.
