The following programs are at the YMCA, 21 Locust Ave.:

Pre-schoolers

Enjoy active play with Baby & Me Gym, Baby Sports or Twisting Tikes. Or spark your child's creativity with a Kiddie Crafts class. Ages 3 and up, options include Tumble Tots, Yoga Bears and Pre Ballet & Creative Movement classes. Parent/guardian necessary.

Elementary school age

Sports classes can help your child to unwind and get active after a day at school while learning new skills. The Y offers a variety of sports classes, including flag football, baseball, girls' basketball and sports sampler. Other active options include youth/teen beginner swim, hip-hop dance and yoga.

Also for dads and kids ages 5-9, there still is limited availability in the overnight YMCA Camp Greenkill trip. Click here for details.

Middle school age

Sports conditioning for teens is a great way to get in shape or improve endurance while working with a small group with a personal trainer. If your teen enjoys playing sports he/she can choose from our new basketball or soccer program just for middle-schoolers.

Adults The Y has  dozens of programs to help adults get healthier. Have you always wanted to learn to swim or improve your swimming stroke? The Y's Adult Swim instruction program is for you.

Its new walking and running club offers camaraderie and support for all ability levels.

Small group exercise classes include Fit for Life,  High Intensity Interval Training and TRX Movement.

The "Healthy Lifestyles Program" and the YMCA diabetes prevention program offer supportive coaching in a small group setting for adults seeking to adopt lifelong behaviors in a group setting.
