Rye Stores Begin Spring Displays

RYE, N.Y. -- Despite the cold temperatures, there is a sign that spring will be coming soon. Papyrus at 31 Purchase St. in Rye has already put out its Easter displays in honor of the spring holiday, which is March 27. The extreme cold of last weekend was hopefully the last weather of that kind for winter.
