The eatery at 46 Purchase St. uses local and seasonal food. Between 60-75 percent of the food served there is raw, including a range of salads and sandwiches served on gluten-free bread.

Owner Andy Ozgur, who also operates Pure Food stores in Larchmont and Scarsdale, offers a full menu that includes food likes quinoa, nut milk, electrolyte lemonade and green drink immune booster. Alkaline-filtered water will be offered shortly.

The business offers delivery service through Westchester and Fairfield counties and sections of New York City.
