RYE, N.Y. - The Rye Chamber of Commerce named the winners of its "Best of Rye" contest for 2012 Wednesday at its annual luncheon at the Wainwright House. The contest, in its second year, allows members of the public to vote for local businesses and organizations they feel are the best in the city.
"We appreciate all the merchants and members that have generated (involvement)" said Margaret Ricketts of the Rye Chamber. "We hope to continue it next year."
Taking home Best of Rye honors for the second year in a row include the Rye YMCA, Coldwell Banker, Rye Country Day School, Bootcamp by the Beach, Rye Beach Pharmacy and Shoes N' More.
