Anderson, a Rye resident, was senior vice president of health-care services.

Ferreri takes over the senior vice president post from Anderson. He will be overseeing The Osborn Pavilion, as well as the assisted living program, including the H.O.P.E. Center.

Prior to becoming senior vice president of health-care services, Anderson was the administrator of The Osborn’s long-and short-term nursing facility, The Pavilion, for 15 years.

In this new role, Anderson will oversee all of the day-to-day operations of The Osborn. In addition to The Osborn’s licensed health-care facilities – The Pavilion, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and the H.O.P.E. Center for Memory Care -- he will oversee support areas including dining, facilities, information technology and sales.

Anderson is a recognized leader in the world of senior care; in 2008, he was named a Leading Age Fellow by the senior living industry’s trade organization, Leading Age. He currently serves on the board of directors of the state organization, Leading Age New York, where he recently spearheaded that group’s own Leadership Academy to promote future young “influentials” in the field.

He is a member of Greenwich Hospital’s Community Advisory Committee. Additionally, he has also served as a long-time board member and coach for the Rye Little League.

Anderson and his wife, Christine, live in Rye, with their two sons.

Ferreri joins The Osborn from Jewish Home Lifecare’s Sarah Neuman Center in Mamaroneck, where he served as administrator since 2013.

Earlier in his career, Ferreri held a similar position with Parker Jewish Institute for HealthCare and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park. He began his professional life with NYU Medical Center.

Ferreri resides in Melville on Long Island, with his wife and two children.
