The Philadelphia-based restaurant, with three Manhattan locations, opened Tuesday, Oct. 24 joining Whitmans, Mighty Quinn’s Barbeque, Bluestone Lane, Tomato & Co. and Juice Generation on Retail Level 4.

The new eatery -- labeled one of the 10 hottest new restaurants in Philly by Zagat -- is a fresh and urban Japanese-casual and uniquely customizable concept that offers good food with all-natural ingredients. The theater-style kitchen allows diners to watch and direct the culinary team as they load up a roll or bowl.

Protein options include Chili Citrus Pork, Fresh Chargrilled Chicken, Shrimp Tempura, Chicken Katsu, Seared Tataki Salmon and many others. Add specialty, house-made sauces and fresh vegetables like pickled jicama, papaya salad, carrots, cucumbers and red cabbage; then top it all off with a crunch of fried garlic, shallots or tempura crunch.
